The Jefferson Barns Community Vitality Center provides resources and recreational opportunities for the Norwayne Community. Resources include a Reading Room Library, a Learning Center that provides tutoring for students, Westland Youth Assistance Program, Government Food Distribution and special events. Recreational activities include the Norwayne Boxing Gym, Open Gym times and an Outdoor Recreation area.
